How Does a Personal Chef Service Work?

First, I will meet with you to assess your food preferences, dietary needs, type of service you are looking for and answer any questions.
Every Friday you will receive via e-mail a menu with a choice of 5 Entrees and 5 Side Dishes. You will be able to customize your menu for the week by choosing the number of Entrees and Side Dishes and the number of servings, depending on the size of your household. You can skip a day if you are going out for the evening or a week if you will be out of town. You can also increase the number of servings for a day or the week if your parents, in-laws or other guests are in town.
On your scheduled cook day I will do the shopping then arrive at your home at the scheduled time to prepare your menu. I will then package the meals with instructions on heating them up and do all the clean up in the kitchen.
I am fully equipped with my own cooking supplies so you will need to have any special equipment for food preparation.
